So, before today I was unaware that Orson Scott Card wrote for video games. Apparently, he wrote the dialog for The Dig. What made me aware of this, however, was finding out that Card wrote the screenplay for Advent Rising - a game that I picked up on a whim from gogamer for $10.

The game is actually very decent. It's a third-person shooter with some RPG elements (mainly skill leveling with weapons/abilities). The game is pretty standard sci-fi fare, but you should be warned that it pulls a XIII (or an Anachronox).
